Today, the cutest tour guide is sharing with you about why our tithe program is so important!

Susan’s grandparents pastor the central church at Betania. They have incredible vision and such deep love for the children in their community. Sometimes, big issues arise, and there isn’t an easy way to come up with the funds to fix problems when there are so many other needs. There has been a pressing need for a retaining wall and fence to keep children safe and prevent the deterioration of the Sunday School building. Fortunately, funds from the tithe program were used to purchase materials from local businesses to complete the project—and pay the workers a fair wage.

Susan took us on a tour of the big happenings around her home. Thank you for supporting programs like Betania, who care for more than 250 children each week!

Our sweet friend Skarleth has waited for 940 days to have her first sponsor. We were chatting last night, and she is such a joy with so much to say! She told me the words that she knows in English, and bubbled over as she shared her excitement—today is her 8th birthday!

What a blessing to visit join or friends in QUE 7000 for Sunday School—in their new building! For three years, the program has supported conste through our tithe program. While there is much left to do, we are amazed by the faithful work of these brothers and sisters, and we rejoice to see the children occupying this incredible space!

The children were excited to receive their Easter letters and eat spaghetti with hot dogs this morning!
