In just 6 sessions, her Wellbeing Practitioner helped her understand her core values and observe her emotions and behaviours through a completely new lens, which allowed her to slowly move beyond constant self-blame.

Today, Cathy has a much better awareness of her emotions, and her journey has inspired her to encourage others to take that brave first step toward emotional wellbeing. ✨

Our iACT service provides 6 - 8 sessions of psychological support to people experiencing mild to moderate emotional distress (including depression and anxiety).

When it comes to gaming, we often picture hours spent indoors. But what if a game actually required you to step outside and get moving? Could it bring unexpected benefits to our physical and mental well-being?✨

A popular location-based game (LBG) encourages players to walk around in order to plant flowers while nurturing cute creatures. Many players experience mood uplifting without realising it. In fact, these "cosy games" blend our surroundings with soothing visuals and music, offering a chance to unwind. By introducing "gardening" elements, they also help players establish regular daily routines, which studies show are highly effective at stabilising emotions.

A previous survey on a similar game revealed that over 65% of players felt more motivated to go for exercise1, 75% felt it helped them connect with others1, and nearly 40% reported an improvement in their mental health2. It indicates that engaging with nature and fostering relationships are key to lifting one's mood.

Cosy games serve as a "de-stress chamber" for our mind, providing a break to recharge rather than a complete escape. However, they are no substitute for professional mental health support. If you're experiencing persistent low moods that affect daily life, seeking professional guidance is essential. 🌸
