透過提供一個合適的訓練犬隻塲地，為寵物愛好者提供專業訓練意見及正確的育犬知識，希望透過定期聚會令到每位會員及其犬隻，能夠在學習中互相交流心得。
在訓練過程中，互相增加溝通及了解從而取得訓練的樂趣及成功感。在不同類形的訓練，希望能夠啟發犬隻的優點，使雙方的關係更加密切，讓犬隻在主人心目中建立良好的形象。藉此希望能夠减少遺棄犬隻的問題惡化。
本會為會員提供一般犬隻訓練(例如：守衛、服從、追蹤、搜索、行為、花式及通過障礙訓練…等)及護理的技術意見及指導，使主人在飼養犬隻過程中得到滿足感，以及讓犬隻的才能得到發揮。
