阿爺當軍官，阿爸於大逃亡時代，游水落香港白手興家，深感人類於趨勢中的渺小。

大學畢業後回流返港，於家族生意打工，同時多年來活躍於不同專業和國際青年組織，咁多年來一片丹心，真誠相信，人人為人人，世界更美好，試過去不丹起廁所，去東帝汶講課，去柬埔寨同當地人一齊研究StartUp救地球。

返回地面，有感萬物始終皆由人而起，專注發展企業培訓同研究，發現其樂無窮。熟能生巧，善長發掘他人才能，觀時度勢，認為商業世界，有果有因，只要細心觀察分析，明白人心博弈，自然掌握商業𥚃的人類學。

成長路途，經歷過與律師的婚姻，育有一女，第二段婚姻與一名家庭治療師一起，於大時代及Covid-19 一年誕下一子，開始複雜的家庭重組生活。搵人去創新係本人嗜好，點人係強項，但原則係從來唔老點人。於此平台舒發個人對於政治，社會趨勢 ，市場人文觀察，企業心理及閱讀的個人感吾。
