International Federation of Creativity and Technology (IFOCAT)

International Federation of Creativity and Technology (IFOCAT) International Federation of Creativity and Technology (IFOCAT) was established in 2010 and TIEN Puk-Sun, Michael (田北辰) is its chairman.

Now, it has over 300 members in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan and Singapore from a variety of industries. IFOCAT aims at providing a forum for practitioners from political, industrical, commercial, information technology, education and other sectors to contribute towards our creative economy. At the same time, it encourages technological innovation by turning innovative ideas into products and services and following Intellectual Property Capital to protect creative content from IPR theft.
