隨著全新數碼媒體展覽《數位情感》開幕，一系列精彩活動亦同步登場！🚀 2026年6月20日至8月31日期間，DX 設計館將化身為跨文化交流平台，除了帶來五場國際對談，還有工作坊及現場表演，讓公眾沉浸在捷克與香港的創作語境當中。

Accompanying the new digital media exhibition ‘Digital Emotions’, a rich public programme is about to launch! 🚀 From 20 June to 31 August 2026, DX design hub will transform into a cross-cultural platform, featuring five international panels, hands-on workshops, and live performances, allowing the public to immerse themselves in the creative contexts of the Czech Republic and Hong Kong.

【DX設計館】《數位情感 — 從電波流轉到指尖溫存》展覽開幕！✨

由香港設計中心聯同捷克共和國駐港總領事館攜手呈獻的全新數碼媒體展覽 ——《數位情感 — 從電波流轉到指尖溫存》今日（6月18日）於DX設計館隆重揭幕！🎊

衷心感謝各界嘉賓、業界領袖、藝術家、設計師、數碼藝術愛好者蒞臨預覽及開幕禮。是次開幕禮邀請到香港設計中心主席梁志天先生及捷克共和國駐香港及澳門總領事尤樂娜女士擔任主禮嘉賓，與我們一同見證這場跨越香港與捷克的數碼創意對話。

展覽由 Pavel Mrkus先生（捷克）及田禮文先生（香港）聯合策劃，匯聚兩地15位當代數碼藝術家及設計師，以演算法、像素與數據流為共同語言，透過 AI 生成影像、互動裝置與生成式藝術，結合鐳射、LED、投影及聲音，將展覽空間轉化為沉浸式數碼藝術場景🌐

We are thrilled to share the launch of our brand-new digital media exhibition 'Digital Emotions — From Electric Pulse to Human Touch', co-organised by Hong Kong Design Centre and the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Hong Kong . 🎊

A heartfelt thank-you to our distinguished guests, industry leaders, artists, designers, media, and digital art enthusiasts who joined us at the preview and opening ceremony. We were especially honoured to welcome Mr. Steve Leung, Chairman of Hong Kong Design Centre, and Mrs. Klára Jurčová, Consul General of Czechia in Hong Kong and Macao, as our officiating guests, witnessing together this creative dialogue between Hong Kong and Czechia.

Co-curated by Pavel Mrkus (Czechia) and Man Tin (Hong Kong), the exhibition unites 15 contemporary digital artists and designers from both regions. Using algorithms, pixels, and data streams as a shared language, the works span AI-generated imagery, interactive installations, and generative art. With laser, LED, projection, and sound, The Gallery is transformed into an immersive digital art space.🌐

香港設計中心再度與本地創意組合 STICKYLINE 合作，於DX設計館中庭展出橫跨三層樓的全新創意裝置——《Node 嚟 Node 去》。

【DX design hub】Creative Installation ‘Node…Node’ | Where endings become beginnings

Hong Kong Design Centre has collaborated with local creative studio STICKYLINE once again to launch a new, three-storey creative installation, ‘Node…Node’, at The Atrium, DX design hub.

📐 Paper × Metal × Specialised Screen Panel Modules
More than just an installation, this is a dynamic and ever-changing spatial experience. Contributions from multiple creative teams bring diverse visual languages together, allowing them to intersect and evolve within a shared space. With each visit, audiences can encounter a fresh and ever-changing visual experience.

💡 What is a ‘Node’?
The term ‘Node’ refers to a point of connection, symbolising how the end of one journey often marks the beginning of another. It also reflects the DX design hub’s role as a bridge connecting the public with design, when everyone from diverse backgrounds and unique stories come together here, they create a vibrant, living network that contributes to an ever-growing and evolving design ecosystem.

設計與藝術，是記錄城市記憶的檔案，也是引領潮流的視覺語言。今個六月，DX設計館為大家帶來兩場精彩的座談會，由經典的紙本插畫一路延伸至前沿的數碼實踐，讓大家從不同維度探索視覺敘事的無限可能！

1️⃣《薩錫克：從前，有個香港》插畫座談會
已故捷克插畫家Miroslav Šašek以旅人視角捕捉了香港獨特的建築、招牌與文化。今次座談會以「從前，有個香港 – 設計與插畫的碰撞」為主題，除了向他的作品致敬，同時探討如何以插畫作為保存城市記憶的獨特載體，並與傳統檔案整理手法對話，重新發掘視覺敘事中的香港故事。

Design and art serve as archives that preserve the memories of a city and its visual languages, influencing street trends. This June, DX design hub is hosting two engaging panel talks that will explore a range of topics, from classic paper illustrations to innovative digital practices. 1️⃣’M. Šašek: This is Hong Kong' Illustration Panel Talk
The last Czech illustrator Miroslav Šašek captured Hong Kong's distinctive architecture, signage, and culture through a traveller’s eye. This panel talk, themed ‘This is Hong Kong—Design and Illustration Collide,’ pays tribute to his work and explores how illustration serves as a unique medium for preserving urban memories. Additionally, it will engage in a dialogue with traditional archiving methods to rediscover the stories of Hong Kong through visual narratives.

The discussion focuses on how artists work in practice, how audiences engage with their projects, and how local environments influence digital creation.

During the panel discussion, a guided tour led by Man Tin, co-curator of the exhibition ‘Digital Emotions — From Electric Pulse to Human Touch’ will introduce the overarching concept and curatorial vision of the exhibition.

【DX設計館】《旅港維度》展覽 | 當專業設計視角遇上珍貴歷史瑰寶

在還沒有社交媒體的年代，外國人究竟是透過什麼方式，認識香港這顆「東方之珠」？

極具感染力的視覺語言 🎬✈️
一部經典港產片的霓虹街景、一張手繪的香港宣傳海報、空中服務員的優雅制服，甚至是旅客下榻酒店所接觸的配套……往往勾起外國人對香港的無限嚮往。

由香港設計中心呈獻、著名設計師盧永強 (David Lo) 聯手文物收藏家胡兆昌 (John Wu) 共同策劃的《旅港維度——香港旅遊的視覺語言》展覽，透過專業設計視角遇上珍貴歷史瑰寶，神還原香港昔日風采！

🎨 展覽重點：
🔹時光倒流的復古美學：回溯 1950 年代至今的城市變遷，解構以前的海報、插畫與宣傳口號，探討香港的視覺設計如何一步步打動世界，建立獨特的國際身份與城市魅力。
🔹大自然與生態視覺：香港如何透過「綠色旅遊」，將大自然與濕地向世界展現。

【DX design hub】 ‘From Memory to Horizon’ Exhibition | When Design Perspectives Meet Precious Historical Archives

Before social media existed, how did foreigners discover Hong Kong — the ‘Pearl of the Orient’?

The Power of Visual Language 🎬✈️
Classic neon street scenes from Hong Kong movies, a hand-drawn promotional poster from the city, the elegant uniforms of flight attendants, and even the amenities travellers encounter at their hotels, all capture the world’s imagination and make people dream of visiting Hong Kong.

Presented by Hong Kong Design Centre, curated by designer Mr David Lo and artifacts collector Mr John Wu, the exhibition ‘From Memory to Horizon: The Visual Language of Hong Kong Tourism’ combines professional design perspectives with rare historical materials to bring Hong Kong’s past back to life.

🎨 Exhibition Highlights:
🔹Nostalgic Aesthetics of Time Travel: Explore Hong Kong’s transformation from the 1950s to now, and see how posters, illustrations, and slogans helped build Hong Kong’s unique international image.

全新《數位情感 — 從電波流轉到指尖溫存》展覽即將登陸 DX設計館，帶你走進虛擬與情感交界——當網絡無處不在，人與人之間的真實溫暖，能否透過編碼來傳遞？

今次展覽匯聚來自香港與捷克的前瞻數碼藝術家，以數據流、程式碼與感官體驗，編織出心意相通的共同語言，打破地域界限，展開一場深層的文化交流。

走進這個由光影、聲音與數碼影像交織的生態系統，透過豐富多元的互動裝置、錄像藝術與多重感官實驗，創作者將帶領我們穿透機器的冰冷外殼，尋找蘊藏當中的人類溫度。

The new exhibition ‘Digital Emotions — From Electric Pulse to Human Touch’ is coming to DX design hub soon. : In an era where networks permeate every corner of life, we invite you to step into the intersection of the virtual and the emotional, and explore whether genuine human warmth can be transmitted through code.

This showcase brings together prominent digital artists from Czechia and Hong Kong. Though separated by geography and culture, they speak a shared language written in data streams, codes, and sensory experiences.

Step into an ecosystem of light, sound, and digital imagery. Through a rich mix of interactive installations, video art, and multi-sensory experiments, these creators look beyond the coldness of machinery to find the human warmth hidden inside.

This summer, ready to rediscover Hong Kong through a lens of imagination and childlike wonder? ✨

Hong Kong Design Centre is delighted to present ‘M. Šašek: This is Hong Kong’, a brand new exhibition celebrating the captivating illustrations of beloved Czech illustrator Miroslav Šašek, drawn from his iconic book, This is Hong Kong.

With the support of our exhibition partners, Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Hong Kong , Baobab, Bookazine, Hong Kong International Literary Festival and Miroslav Šašek Foundation, selected works from the book are also featured in ‘From Memory to Horizon: The Visual Language of Hong Kong Tourism’ exhibition, echoing and honouring Šašek's artistic legacy.
