In order to raise further awareness of the charity, I have decided to start creating a brand image. Firstly, I had to communicate with vendors from China on taobao in order to create both custom bags, folders and pencils. However, it was easier said than done, as some of the batches were slightly defected and it was also difficult to communicate as my chinese needed further refinement. However, I managed to get past this and we now have bags available. We will be creating more so that those who donate will be able get one of these bags soon :)

14th of July

While working with both former government members and Teng Yu Plastic company, we were able to plan out a day where we would spend time interacting with the mentally disabled as well as donate supplies to the members in need. This was a big day for all of us, as we had meticulously planned for 2 weeks. During our time there, we had visited 45 different members at the facility, with different disability which include both physical and mental. During our time there, we witnessed their hardworking demeanour in the way that all of the members take part in creating chandelier chains or making handmade flowers in order to help support both themselves and the facility. This is something that I really respect them for, in the way that they work extremely hard in order to support themselves despite their respective restraints. We have donated them each a bag of rice and five litres of cooking oil in order to help their families, which are often in financial distress. We personally had an exyremely memorable time there, as they were extremely warm and welcoming, and we were also able to partake in making flowers with them.

31st of January

On this day, I went to two underprivileged families in Jiangmen and donated money and food to them, as it was almost chinese new year. The first child the first father (not in the picture) is both deaf and mute, while his mother is mentally disabled. As a result, his grandmother (now in her 70s) is forced to take care of the entire family. They have been struggling financially, so we have provided them with food and a thousand dollars to support him, as what the government gives is not enough. The second house we went to was a family of three with a daughter who is deaf on both ears. We have also provided her with the same things with the first family too.

Dec 30th continued

I also joined the volunteers and disabled students in making dumplings. It was overall a fun experience and everyone is seen to enjoy themselves in this experience.

I asked around my neighbourhood for some stationary that they didn't need a week ago and this was the stationary I was able to get. I have also donated some blankets for them, which will be very important in improving the comfort of their naps they have every afternoon. The stationary will be used during their artistic activities, as seen in the photos.

21st december

During my family's harvest dinner, I asked for some funds to help with my charity. It was extremely difficult to raise this money, and it will be used to purchase stationary for the people in the disabled centre and buy them a mattress, which is desperately needed.

19th December 2025

On this day, me and my brother visited a local organisation for helping mentally disabled people in Jiangmen, China. Having had a tour around the place, it is seen to be relatively under equipped and cramped. As of today, we have donated 2 large packs of tissues and a large supply of biscuits, as they have requested. However, there is still a need to improve their equipment. As of currently, they lack proper beds for their daily naps, as most of their beds are broken or extremely uncomfortable. They would also benefit from sound padding on their walls, as loud noises can cause them great discomfort. Therefore, we need your help in order to give them the help they need by donating to our charity.
