【📜 用心記錄・同行未來｜明愛學苑】
由戰後到今日，明愛一直喺香港人身邊，陪咗幾代人成長🤲。為咗好好保存明愛嘅歷史足跡，同推動文化保育，明愛喺2024年成立咗明愛學苑。

早前，明愛學苑舉辦專題講座暨歷史展覽，展出咗過往幾十年嚟嘅舊計劃書、手稿同珍貴舊相，帶大家一齊回顧明愛呢幾十年嘅故事📂。

接落嚟，明愛學苑會訪問一班資深同事，用口述歷史記錄佢哋寶貴嘅回憶🎙️，將明愛嘅初心同使命繼續承傳落去，陪大家行得更遠🌟👣

From post-war Hong Kong to today, Caritas has walked alongside generations of local families 🤲. To preserve its history and promote cultural heritage, Caritas Academy was established in 2024.

At its recent archives exhibition, the Academy showcased decades of manuscripts and rare photos, offering a glimpse into Caritas’ journey over the decades❤️.

Next, the Academy will record oral history interviews with senior staff to preserve their memories and Caritas’ mission and spirit as we continue to walk with the community.🌟👣

「賽馬會鼓掌·創你程」小學先導計劃由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金策劃及捐助，喺2025年間展開，陪伴學生發掘成長特質與潛能，鼓勵佢哋以「探索家」身份勇於挑戰刻板印象，探索職涯方向。非常感謝各界嘉賓撥冗光臨提供寶貴意見！亦感謝三間學校嘅校長、老師同家長，一同見證小朋友嘅成果。

每年8月19日係「世界人道主義日」。今日我哋懷住感恩同敬意，向每一位前線救援人員致敬——無論佢哋身處遠方邊境，定係我哋熟悉嘅社區，都一直默默付出，守護生命。🕯️

作為國際明愛嘅大家庭成員，我哋喺全球衝突同災害地區提供醫療、物資同緊急援助；同時亦深耕香港，即時回應本地需要——每當面對突發事故，明愛團隊都會第一時間走近有需要嘅人，陪伴大家行過艱難時刻。

人道工作者同我哋一樣，有珍惜嘅家人，亦有平凡而寶貴嘅日常。
但面對危難，佢哋選擇走向最需要援手嘅地方，陪伴受苦嘅家庭渡過低谷，為傷痛中嘅生命帶嚟安慰、尊嚴同希望。
喺呢個特別嘅日子，讓我哋一齊懷住祈禱嘅心，紀念每一位喺危機中離去嘅夥伴，亦向所有仍然堅守崗位嘅人道工作者，致以最深敬意。
願天主安慰失去摯愛嘅人，堅固每一顆服務嘅心，並以祂嘅平安守護所有前線工作者。

最後，我哋呼籲各方尊重人道精神，切實保護市民同救援人員。保護人道工作者，就是守護衝突同災難中每一個人嘅生命、尊嚴同希望。

Every year on August 19, World Humanitarian Day, we pause with gratitude and respect to honor front-line responders who protect lives—whether in distant borderlands or right here in our local Hong Kong neighborhoods. 🕯️🌸

As part of the Caritas Internationalis family, we provide critical aid in conflict and disaster affected areas worldwide and respond swiftly to local emergencies.
In times of crisis, Caritas teams walk alongside our communities through some of their most difficult moments.

Humanitarian workers are everyday people with families they love and ordinary lives they cherish. Yet when crisis strike, they choose to stand with those in need, bringing comfort, dignity, and hope.
On this special day, we join in prayer for every partner who has lost their life in service. And we also offer our deepest respect to all humanitarian workers who continue to stand firm on the front lines.

May God comfort those who grieve, strengthen every heart that serves, and protect all who bring hope in places of suffering.
We call on all parties to respect the humanitarian spirit and protect civilians and aid workers.

Protecting humanitarian workers is essential to safeguarding the lives, dignity, and hope of those caught in conflict and crisis.

May every guardian return home safely. 🙏✨

【「麥想」專注當下，細味平靜與安穩】☕✨

忙碌嘅日程入面，你又會點樣幫自己「Pause」一下？

日前麥神父跟一眾明愛社會工作服務嘅同事，一齊參加咗「咖啡正念工作坊」！由磨豆時陣陣飄香、手沖嗰陣專注順時針畫圓，再到細味每一滴咖啡嘅層次變化——大家暫時放低手頭上繁重嘅工作，將注意力拉返去「當下」，好好感受內心嘅平靜，以及天主的臨在。🌿

正如聖經《格林多前書》10:31 所提醒：「所以，你們或吃或喝，或無論什麼，一切都要為光榮天主而作。」

生活再忙碌，都別忘了帶著感恩與覺察的心，好好過每一刻！🙌

Fr. Mukonda and our Social Work team recently paused their busy schedules for a Mindful Coffee Workshop. From the aroma of the beans to the slow pour, everyone practiced being present, finding inner calm, and sensing God’s presence. 🌿
"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31)

Through the Caritas Labour-Friendly Community Project, we invite everyone to show simple acts of care and support for outdoor workers.

早前，明愛容圃中心（濫用精神藥物者輔導中心）喺屯門賽馬會影院順利舉辦咗「擁抱30典禮」！💙

由一開場熱血又感動嘅音樂表演、隆重嘅開幕儀式，到過往個案親身分享生命故事、家長們真情流露嘅話劇演出，再到最後全場點亮手機燈海——每一幕都凝聚咗呢 30 年嚟大家同容圃中心最深刻嘅溫度 ✨

30 年唔係一個終點，而係一個新嘅起點。讓明愛容圃中心嘅精神繼續擁抱前行，寫下更多屬於希望同改變嘅故事 🌱

明愛家庭服務自 1998 年成立「明愛男士成長中心」以來，一直陪住無數有需要嘅人。最近，「明愛賽馬會思達計劃」發佈咗最新嘅研究報告，探討點樣透過「單次諮詢服務」，為男士打造一個更具彈性、零壓力的求助入口。

陪伴有需要嘅人由隱蔽受困走向主動尋求協助✨研究發現，呢項服務成功幫助男士放下戒心，喺危機惡化前及時重拾主動改變嘅力量。
