當你初踏入可持續發展的領域時，是否也曾這樣想過：
「我終於找到一份自己喜歡又有意義的工作了！」

但工作幾年之後，心境可能慢慢轉變了...
你依然相信這個世界需要改變，也深知這份工作的價值，
但同時，你可能開始有一些反覆思索的問題：

—— 我現在正在做的，還是我當初想做的事嗎？
—— 為什麼我好像越做越累，甚至產生了無力感？
—— 如果熱情會改變，哪麼現在的工作還是我想做的嗎？

在 Climate Incubator，我們接觸了許多已經入行幾年的朋友，並慢慢發現一個共通點：
入行，其實不是最難的部分；
留下來並繼續走下去，才是真正讓人開始變得迷惘的階段。

正因如此，我們特別籌劃了「設計你的綠色職涯」工作坊﹐專為已經在綠色／可持續發展行業一段時間的朋友而設的小型聚會。工作坊的設計靈感揉合了兩本經典暢銷書《The Squiggly Career》與《Designing Your Life》的核心理念，希望能為你提供一個充滿力量的新視角：

其實，職涯與人生一樣沒有標準的答案，當心態與熱情隨著時間改變，我們可以停一停，整理一下自己與這段職涯之路的關係，為下一步尋找靈感和方向，並進行低風險的「職涯實驗」，將目前的樽頸轉化成一個成長的機會。
—— 綠色職涯也可以是一段充滿彈性和多元可能的歷程。

在這個安全、充滿支持的空間裡，我們會透過引導式反思、同儕交流及真實從業者分享，與大家一起：
🌱 梳理這幾年在綠色職涯中的經歷、變化與真實感受
🌱 釐清自己的職涯取向，定位出適合自己的發展方向

「設計你的綠色職涯」是為已經進入綠色／可持續發展領域的人而設的社群工作坊。它不是一場關於「如何入行」的分享，也不是一個替你提供標準答案或唯一結論的指引。

而是一個讓你停下來整理自身經驗的空間——
重新看見你在工作中的感受、選擇與可能性。

🌱 在這場工作坊中，透過引導式反思、同儕交流及真實從業者分享，你會開始：
• 梳理你在現有工作中喜歡，以及帶來滿足感或消耗感的部分
• 整理自身經驗，更清晰理解自己與理想工作狀態之間的距離，以及當中可能面對的困難與糾結
• 重新理解綠色職涯的多種可能，而不只是「適不適合留下」

Workshop Recap: “Future Proofing Your Skills for 2030” with so much surprise 😲✨

On 7th February, our cohort gathered for our first workshop “Future Proofing Your Skills for 2030.” The energy was vibrant as professionals and emerging talents explored how to stay relevant in a fast-evolving economy.

In a program first, we took our interactive card game online. Even in a digital setting, participants were actively engaged on the virtual canvas, collaborating to map out critical future skills. Participants discovered that their perceived “Core” skills differed significantly from standard industry reports, sparking deep reflection on their personal value in the green and digital economy.

Beyond the frameworks and discussions, what stood out most was the mindset in the room: proactive, reflective, and forward-looking. As one participant shared, “This was a very fun, interactive and effective workshop.” Another highlighted how encouraging it is to see environmental stewardship emerging more prominently in career pathways.

Thank you to everyone for your curiosity and energy. The 2030 economy is taking shape now, and together we are turning today’s uncertainties into tomorrow’s advantage.💚
