Inter-floor water seepage in residential buildings is a common yet challenging issue in Hong Kong. These cases are often technically complex and may lead to disputes between upper and lower residents. With recent advances in non-intrusive detection technologies and the wider adoption of mediation, such cases can now be handled more effectively. In this seminar, we are pleased to invite two experts to share the latest developments in seepage detection and mediation for dispute resolution.

CIBSE Hong Kong Region is pleased to co-organise a Joint Technical Talk with The Hong Kong Mediation Society, The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to explore the latest developments in:

๐Ÿ”น Inter-floor Water Seepage Detection Technology
๐Ÿ”น Mediation for Dispute Resolution

Our distinguished speakers will share practical insights and real-world experience on how emerging non-intrusive detection technologies and mediation approaches can help address these challenging cases more effectively.
