🌟 FDRC《綜合調解員培訓課程》分享 🌟

#金融糾紛調解中心（）一直致力推動調解專業發展及培育業界人才。於5月31日，FDRC調解計劃經理李天恩先生以 #香港調解資歷評審協會有限公司（）認可調解員身份，獲姚定國律師／教授邀於《 #綜合調解員培訓課程》中擔任嘉賓講者。

是次參與不僅體現 FDRC 積極支持本地調解專業發展的承諾，亦讓業界新力軍由理論走向實踐，為未來投身調解工作做好準備。

在課程期間，李先生介紹FDRC的角色與服務，並結合自身經驗，圍繞調解專業發展分享多項重點議題，藉此加深學員對金融糾紛調解服務的認識，推動相關專業的發展與應用。

FDRC 期望透過持續參與業界培訓，培育具備專業能力及實踐視野的調解人才，進一步推動香港調解服務的可持續發展。

🌟 FDRC Engagement | General Mediation Training Course 🌟

Financial Dispute Resolution Centre ( ) has been committed to promoting the development of the mediation profession and nurturing industry talent. On 31 May, our Dispute Resolution Manager, Mr TY Lee, in his capacity as an accredited mediator of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited ( ), was invited by Professor TK IU to serve as a guest speaker at the General Mediation Training Course.

This engagement not only demonstrates FDRC’s strong commitment to supporting the development of the local mediation profession, but also helps equip emerging practitioners to bridge theory and practice, better preparing them for a future career in mediation.

During the session, Mr Lee introduced the role and services of FDRC and drawing on his experience, shared perspectives on key aspects of professional development. Through this sharing, he helped enhance participants’ understanding of financial dispute resolution services and promoted the development and application of mediation within the field.

Through continuous participation in industry training initiatives, FDRC aims to cultivate mediation talent with both professional competence and practical perspective, and to further support the sustainable development of high-quality mediation services in Hong Kong.
