Join us in our groundbreaking FLOWER Project in Hong Kong, where we’re extending psychoeducation in secondary schools through interactive workshops, games and activities using innovative technologies.

💡Core Duties:
Lead and organize school-based mental health interventions (create a lasting impact!)
Design and implement interactive, evidence-based activities that promote mental well-being
Design marketing materials that promote FLOWER Project
Bridge professionals and the public to foster understanding and reduce mental health stigma

🌟Who we’re looking for:
A strong interest in mental health and passion for serving youths in Hong Kong
Previous experience in organizing activities would be advantageous
Committed, responsible and a team player
Caring, compassionate individuals who are reflective, willing to take in feedback and learn from experiences

✅Eligibility:
Based in Hong Kong
Psychology university student/graduate (or related disciplines)
Able to work every TUESDAY for the duration of the semester (hybrid role)
Bilingual, fluent in Cantonese AND English

Our team placed 🥈 in the Community Relay category, well done for 🏃‍♂️ up the stairs to raise mental health awareness.

We are honoured to support this meaningful event as MINDSET Hong Kong | The Jardine Matheson Group Charity community partner.

It was truly inspiring to witness corporates and NGOs coming together, not just in friendly competition, but in shared purpose — to break stigma, promote wellbeing, and walk the talk on mental health 🧠

套用 “Zones of Regulations” 的理論，我們可以將情緒簡單分為四個顏色：
🟦藍色：悲傷、疲憊、無聊
🟩綠色：開心、自豪、平靜
🟨黃色：憂慮、沮喪、興奮
🟥紅色：亢奮、恐慌、氣憤

這些情緒會化身我們的小導師，隨時在生活中顯現出來，雖然有些情緒會讓我們感到難受、困擾，但它們都是為了保護我們而存在的。每種情緒都有其背後的原因和意義，教會我們辨識需求、表達感受，甚至促進自我成長🌱

讓我們一起探索這些情緒的奧秘，讓它們成為我們生活中的小幫手，而不是負擔💝
