在新高中學制下，高中課程全面革新，課程加設「其他學習經歷」部份，讓學生得到更全面的發展。配合新學制的發展，香港青年協會現推出「UP‧Will Power 毅能100」成長增值課程，旨在協助學生突破個人空間、擴濶生活視野及強化個人的能力感，同時提升青少年個人素質及競爭力，培養終身學習的態度，藉以促進學生的全人及均衡發展。
