Our Chief Guest, His Excellency Dr. Shah Mohammad Tanvir Monsur, Consul General of Bangladesh, was initially scheduled to attend but could not join us in person due to an urgent scheduling issue; we appreciate his continued support and the warm wishes he sent for the occasion, and we look forward to future collaboration with the Consulate of Bangladesh in Hong Kong.
