🌿【2026全國生態日系列活動正式啟動】🌿

為響應全國生態日，我們的生態教育活動已率先展開！

昨日已有兩間學校率先參與「熱縮膠生態鎖匙扣工作坊」及「魚塘拓印工作坊」，同學們透過創作認識魚塘生態與濕地文化，親手將大自然元素融入作品之中。

而精彩活動將陸續登場：

講到舞蹈，你可能會諗起舞台、燈光、編舞，
但其實——
香港街頭，本身就係一個流動嘅舞台。

🦁 南獅 vs 北獅
• 南獅（廣東醒獅）：低樁、眼神多多、街坊感滿滿
• 北獅：毛茸茸、跳躍感強、舞台感十足
同樣係獅，但性格完全唔同，各有各精彩 👀

🐲 麒麟舞
唔走兇猛路線，反而穩重又靈動，
行出祝福、仁德同好意頭。
（順帶一提，多年前仲試過喺公開場合發生過一次「太投入」而撞到人嘅小插曲 🤭🤭
證明咗：呢啲文化，真係同城市生活零距離。）

夜晚一亮燈，魚影游走街頭，
成條街即刻變得又夢幻又溫柔 ✨
呢啲都唔只係「表演」，
而係一代一代用身體、節奏同記憶保存落嚟嘅——

「非遺」月，來說「非遺」

「非遺」全名是「非物質文化遺產」**，意思是一些「看得到、摸不到」，但很重要的文化。

例如：

傳統節日
舞龍舞獅
養魚的方法
村落的習俗

這些都是一代一代人傳下來的生活智慧。

曾就上一篇《蕃薯餅製作技藝》上提到「點燈」，就被問到是什麼來的？

🏮 什麼是「點燈」？

在新界一些傳統村落，每年農曆正月十五前後會有一個習俗叫「點燈」。

💡 點燈是做什麼的？

點燈儀式多在祠堂內舉辦，就是向祖先稟報家中過去一年新添的成員 - 說的是男丁，村中父老或司理就會將新生男丁的名字登記在族譜上，成為宗族的一分子，其他村民亦會參加，作為見證。

而點燈也有祝福的意思，是希望新生嬰兒健康成長，亦希望整個家族平安順利，為家人祈求平安。

👉 這個習俗歷史悠久，並一直為人傳承，因此被列入香港的「非遺」。

**「非物質文化遺產」又名「無形文化遺産」(Intangible Cultural Heritage)。

根據《保護非物質文化遺產公約》，非物質文化遺產（簡稱：非遺）是指「被各社區、群體，有時是個人，視為其文化遺產組成部分的各種社會實踐、觀念表述、表現形式、知識、技能以及相關的工具、實物、手工藝品和文化場所。」涵蓋的範圍如口頭傳統、表演藝術、社會實踐、儀式、節日活動、有關自然和宇宙的知識和實踐、傳統知識和技能、生產傳統和工藝品等。它們都是世代相傳，在各社區和群體適應周圍環境以及與自然和歷史的互動中，被不斷地重新創造，地方文化得以孕育出獨特的生命力。

🌿Volunteer Recruitment｜Join Us to Support San Tin Fishponds

新田這片由魚塘與濕地交織而成的土地，不只是生態寶庫，更承載着人與自然共生的珍貴文化。我們正在招募熱心義工，參與即將舉行的生態及公眾教育活動，一同守護這片重要濕地！

San Tin’s fishpond landscape is not only an ecological hotspot, but also a living example of harmony between people and nature. We are now recruiting passionate volunteers to support our upcoming eco-tour and public engagement activities!

📌 義工工作內容 :
* 協助活動登記及接待參加者
* 支援導賞團及工作坊流程
* 協助場地管理及基本佈置
* 推廣生態保育訊息

Duties include：
* Assist with registration and reception
* Support eco-tours and workshops
* Help with venue setup and coordination
* Promote conservation awareness

🙌 我們希望你是 ：
* 對生態保育或社區活動有興趣
* 有責任感，樂於與人溝通
* 年滿18歲

We are looking for:
* Interested in ecology or community engagement
* Responsible and willing to interact with participants

非遺工作坊：尋找消失的鄉村味道 🍠 蕃薯餅製作技藝體驗班


你可曾吃過那種熱騰騰、外脆內軟的「蕃薯餅」？😋

蕃薯餅不僅是新界鄉村的傳統小食，更承載著深厚的情感與祝福。每逢正月「點燈」儀式的最後一天，村民更會製作蕃薯餅，送給家有新成員（添丁）的家庭，象徵著鄰里間的關懷與傳統的延續。✨

為了讓這份獨特的製作工藝不被遺忘，我們特別開設了蕃薯餅製作技藝工作坊，誠邀你親手感受這份指尖上的文化遺產！
