香港紅十字會自2013年8月推出「小紅星獎勵計劃」，是為小朋友而設的品格教育計劃，旨在鼓勵小朋友從小培養成為人道小英雄。透過參與各項義工服務及訓練、人道教育及親子活動，從而建立助人行善的良好習慣，並於日常生活中幫助社會上有需要的人，身體力行實踐人道精神。
家長只需捐款滿港幣$240，即可讓一位小朋友加入成為「小紅星」一份子。家長與孩子小小的付出，不但能直接幫助社會上困苦受難的人，更可參與「小紅星」該年度各項親子活動及義工服務，藉以培養人道精神。
計劃籌得的善款，將用作支持香港紅十字會各項人道工作，服務涵蓋輸血服務、骨髓捐贈服務、賑災備災、急救及健康護理訓練、青年及義工事務、尋人、心理支援、社區及院友關懷服務、特殊教育及復康服務等範疇。
使用守則
所有使用此由香港紅十字會成立的Facebook群組使用者，不可使用本網站作任何不法用途，同時亦不可撰寫或上載粗言穢語、誹謗、渲染色情
暴力、人身攻擊、個人資料之言論、相片或影音。使用者進一步同意不會在此Facebook 群組內未經資料當事人同意而披露或發放其個人資料或私隱，敬請使用者自律。香港紅十字會保留一切法律權利，亦有權隨時刪除任何言論、相片或影音，並拒絕任何人士上載言論、相片或影音。
由於群組受到「即時上載」運作方式所規限，故本會未能完全監察所有上載內容，如發現任何網頁內容出現問題，請在Facebook群組內以私人訊息(private message)方式聯絡版主。
