「基督教宣道會華貴堂」，歷年來均重視青少年人的培育﹔致力提供完整的關懷，培養他們良好品格，發展潛能，啟發靈性。

2005年5月，正式成立「青少年成長發展中心」，這是一個青少年事工單位；以專業態度與技巧，結合關愛年輕人的導師；提供最適切年輕社群的活動，為年輕人的明天而努力。
