敝會基於歷史意義上原因，招募會員方式一向宜鬆不宜緊，但經歷了這三年以來的人事背叛。掌職者背景來歷提供入會資料資格上嚴重失實。不申報無犯罪紀錄下申請入會及前任主席虚報住址及職業（本會並不接受的士司機入會），引致工會出現嚴重財產損失（盜竊電腦及試圖行使假文件）。故此理事會經驗這次慘痛教訓，痛定思痛，加強對其申報審查，並且需要有相關證明提供，否則一律拒絕其申請。
