文藝會執行委員共有三十人，轄下設有五個委員會，分別為音樂委員會、舞蹈委員會、戲劇委員會、文娛委員會及園藝委員會。每個委員均各自推選正副主席及幹事，共同努力，策劃及推動有關文娛活動，為區內不同年齡不同需要的居民提供多姿多彩的文藝欣賞和學習活動，藉以培養和提高居民對社區的參與及歸屬感。
