This November, Edrington will be back with another fundraising cycle. This time, Edrington will be raising money for Newborns Vietnam, a charity focused on reducing neonatal mortality and promoting the health of newborn children and their mothers in Southeast Asia. (http://www.newbornsvietnam.org)

This fundraising cycle covers 600km along the coast of Vietnam in just 4 days. All money raised will be DOUBLE MATCHED by Edrington.

5 years ago, free public transportation was introduced in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia. Now, the Estonian government has expanded this benefit throughout the entire country
The Estonian government has taken this step in hopes of stimulating its population as well as making the air cleaner by removing the number of private cars on roads.

The social progress index is measured on three main factors: basic human needs,foundations of well being and opportunity.
With a score of 90.57, Denmark has the highest social progress. It is closely followed by Finland with a score of 90.53.

IKEA is working with various national and local organizations, including the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants to deliver these mattresses to refugees arriving in the US.
Through this initiative, IKEA hopes to help refugees with a fresh start by providing the first thing needed to rebuild their lives and build a home in America.

A species is considered endangered if it meets one of the following criteria: a 50–70% population decrease over 10 years, a total geographic area less than 5,000 km2 (or local population area less than 500 km2), a population size less than 2,500 adults, a restricted population of 250 adults, or a statistical prediction that it will go extinct within the next 20 years.
Many commonly known animals are now considered endangered, including the tiger, blue whale and Asian elephant.
Can you imagine a world without these animals? We certainly can’t. Let’s make sure this doesn’t happen!

Last year Adidas released a line of UltraBoost running shoes made out of recycled ocean trash. Each shoe in this line is 95% plastic and made using the equivalent of 11 recycled plastic bottles. 1 million of these shoes ended up getting sold in 2017, opening the possibility for Adidas to extend its offerings in this product line. Would you switch to these sustainable running shoes?

A typical example of a bio plastic a compostable bag. They are typically made from PLA (poly-lactic acid), which is typically made by microbial fermentation of corn or potato starch. The bags also include some petroleum-based plastic to give it more integrity.
