東華三院西市鮮魚行商會智晴坊 本中心位於香港柴灣區，於2011年8月成立及投入服務。透過多元化及優質的服務，為患有認知障障症的長者和家屬提供全面及專業的支援，以協助患者減慢衰退及紓緩家屬的照顧壓力。

中心服務專業而多元化，服務目標包括：

提高認知障礙症長者的自我照顧能力，改善其生活質素；
減低長者家屬的照顧壓力，並加強其照顧技巧；
提升公眾對認知障礙症的認識及關注；
及早識別區內認知障礙症長者，並為其配對及提供適切的服務。

服務對象

於社區居住的認知障礙症患者
認知障礙症患者家屬/照顧者
有志服務認知障礙症長者的人士、學校、社區團體或商業機構
