「派丑Party Clown」是基督教香港信義會天恩培訓及發展中心為「小丑藝術表演人員基礎證書課程」畢業學員所成立的組織，為成員提供增值進修、工作體驗、工作轉介、就業支援、同業交流及義工服務的互助平台。希望成員透過「派丑Party Clown」建立自信、積極融入社會，發展所長，將愛與歡樂的種子散播社區每個角落，讓社會充滿正能量。
