【鳥會✕香港交易所「Better World Series」專題分享】（Eng. version follows)
多謝 #香港交易所 嘅邀請！上星期五，我哋好榮幸參與各位香港交易所同事見面交流。當日亦好高興可以同 嘉道理農場暨植物園 Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden 以及 好老土 Good Old Soil 嘅代表一齊參與呢次活動。
今次分享會以「Better World Series: Feeding the City - The Living Landscapes Behind What We Eat」為題。我哋介紹咗食物同自然生態嘅深厚連結——本地魚塘同農田，唔單止產出糧食，更加係雀鳥重要嘅棲息同覓食地。我哋亦分享鳥會點樣同本地漁民、農夫緊密合作，共同推動生境管理保育工作。
除咗主題分享，我哋亦帶咗幾款本地漁農產品去到現場，讓各位同事可以用行動支持保育：

Under the theme "Better World Series: Feeding the City - The Living Landscapes Behind What We Eat", we were having a great time sharing how fishponds and farmlands play a vital role as the habitats and feeding grounds for birds—and how we work closely with local fishermen and farmers to facilitate our conservation work.
Featured Eco-Products from the Day:
We were thrilled to showcase how conservation can be "tasted" through our local produce, including:
・🐟 Eco-Mullet from Catch For Spoonbill (琵鷺漁產) – our dedicated eco-friendly brand under HKBWS that supports fishpond conservation.
・🥬 Watercress Honey & 🌾 Eco-Rice from Ho Sheung Heung – preserving local farmland habitat.
