青年區動（簡稱「區動」）乃全港少數專業的青年政策研究組織之一，於2010年由多位對香港社會充滿理想和熱情的青年知識分子創立。區動是一個精英組織，所有會員均須經過嚴格的挑選和考核，確保他們在學術研究和社會服務方面符合本會的要求。
自創立以來，區動一直堅守持平、客觀、不偏不倚的立場，包容社會各種意見，是以深得到社會各界的尊重。
D-DONG is one of the few professional youth institutions in Hong Kong. D-DONG is an elitist institution, all the members are carefully chosen in order to meet the demanding requirement of the organization. Since establis
hment, D-DONG remains to be fair, objective and neutral. We embrace all kinds of opinion, and therefore earn the respect of different sectors of society.
我們的工作 What We Do
區動專門針對香港的青年文化、青年政策及青年事務作出專業、認真的調查和研究，並定期發表報告，加深社會大眾對時下青年人的正確認知。我們的研究團隊於各報章均有撰寫時事評論文章，自2010年至今已發表過十多次的研究報告，得到各大傳媒廣泛報導。
我們過去的工作包括：於2010及2011年連續兩年追踪香港青年人聖誕節消費行為調查、於2010及2011年連續兩年對政府財政預算案發表建議及評價、進行了針對通識教育情況的意見調查、於立法會公聽會上議論纏擾行為立法及父母共同責任制、於2012年行政長官選舉時進行針對香港青年人的意見調查、於2012年4月完成首次外訪（湖北及湖南省）、以及於2012年舉辦第一屆全港中學生時事評論文章大賽。
2012年6月，區動邁向國際，於英國成立第一支駐外國研究員團隊。
D-DONG focuses on issues that are related to youth culture and policies. We release research reports regularly. The research are conducted in the most serious and professional manner. Since 2010, we had released over 10 study reports, which were widely reported by the media. In June 2012, D-DONG has its first overseas research team stationed in England.
任務和使命 Mission and Vision
區動推動香港人關注青年事務，推動落實有利青年人的政策及促進香港的政治發展。我們亦鼓勵青年人多了解社會，及為青年人參與社區活動提供一個多方面的平台，讓他們學以致用，親身體驗貢獻社會、貢獻國家和貢獻世界的使命和喜悅。
D-DONG is eager to enhance public awareness of youth problems and youth issues, to make policy recommendations that are beneficial to the young people, and to encourage the healthy growth of Hong Kong politics. We also encourage young people to contribute to society and participate in various community activities. D-DONG is the ideal place for them to experience the joy of contributing to Hong Kong, China and the international community.
