🌟 🐾香港導盲犬服務中心的重要里程🦮🐕🦺🐾
我們非常榮幸獲選參加2026年「賽馬會創新社福力量」計劃！今年六月，團隊遠赴美國哈佛大學甘迺迪學院，參與為期一星期的「調適性領導力」行政人員課程。
這不僅是一趟開拓視野的學習之旅，更是我們自我革新的關鍵一步。我們會將所學的知識與工具帶回香港，用於：
🔹 推動內部變革
🔹 優化服務流程
🔹 提升應變能力
最終目標只有一個——為視障人士提供更貼心、更優質的服務。
同時，我們期望與其他社福機構攜手合作，透過跨專業交流和資源共享，激發創意、發揮協同效應，共同探索全新的服務模式，為視障人士乃至整個社會創造更大、更持久的價值。
我們決心將國際視野轉化為本地行動，與業界一同進步，真正做到創新、共融。

🌟 🐾A Milestone for Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog Services🦮🐕🦺🐾🐾
We are deeply honoured to be selected for (JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship)-(Cohort 2026)! This June, our team went to the Harvard Kennedy School in the United States for a week-long executive training on Adaptive Leadership.
This is more than a learning journey – it’s a strategic step towards strengthening our organisation from within. We will bring back cutting-edge frameworks and tools to:
🔹 Drive internal transformation
🔹 Optimise service workflows
🔹 Enhance our responsiveness to challenges
All of this, ultimately, to deliver more precise, higher-quality support for the visually impaired community we serve.
But we don’t stop at our own doors. We look forward to joining hands with fellow social welfare organisations – through cross-sector dialogue and resource sharing – to spark fresh ideas, foster synergies, and co-create innovative service models. Together, we aim to generate greater and lasting value for people with visual impairments and for society as a whole.
From global insight to local action – we are committed to advancing with the sector, embracing innovation and inclusion every step of the way.
