基督教勵行會-兒童發展基金計劃 政府採納了前扶貧委員會有關成立兒童發展基金的建議 ，於2008 年4 月25 日獲立法會財務委員會批准撥款三億元成立基金，以便有效運用和結合從家庭 、私人機構 、社會及政府所得的資源 ，為弱勢社群兒童的較長遠發展提供支援 。
