香港滑浪協會(HKSA)成立於1995年，目的是使滑浪運動(Surfing)在香港普及化，向大眾市民推廣這項運動，最重要的就是與香港政府溝通，獲得支持﹑放寬和批準更多的泳灘給滑浪者使用。 香港滑浪協會(HKSA) 致力在香港發揚滑浪運動的精神; To promote the spirit of surfing as a sport in HK
- 匯聚滑浪人士，共同推廣在香港滑浪運動的發展; To gather surfers and promote the development of the movement of surfing in Hong Kong
- 向政府及有關機構，反映和維護滑浪人仕的合

理權益; To represent and advance the rights of surfers to the Hong Kong Government
- 提升本港滑浪人士的素質，灌輸水上安全及正確的滑浪運動知識; Enhance the skill level of the local surfers, to increase water safety and proper surfing knowledge
- 安排及舉辦滑浪賽事，促進不同浪齡國籍人士相互交流滑浪文化。To arrange and organize surfing events, competitions for sharing the culture and knowledge with all surfers
