1. 透過體育事工，實踐大使命
2. 協助教會/團體認識及實踐體育事工，藉此發展青少年事工
3. 藉出版及課程推動體育事工運動
4. 向中國及香港專業運動員作福音事工
5. 建立香港體育事工網絡，彼此團契，互相合作推動事工
