5月31日係咩日子？

每年的5月31日，就係「世界無煙日」。

呢一日，不單止係提醒我哋關注煙草對健康嘅影響，更係一個契機——讓我哋一齊反思生活習慣，為無煙嘅未來踏出一步。

近年，電子煙、加熱煙同草本煙等新型煙草產品愈來愈普及。呢啲產品外型新潮、包裝吸引，好容易吸引年輕人嘗試，但同時亦帶來更高嘅成癮風險，絕對唔可以忽視。

LEAP 一直與學校緊密合作，以互動、有趣又貼地嘅方式，幫助學生了解吸煙對身心嘅真正影響，裝備佢哋作出健康選擇所需嘅信心。我哋嘅課程亦會不斷更新，緊貼社會趨勢，協助學生應對各種挑戰。

今年，不如由「認識」開始，一齊向無煙生活邁出重要一步：

Every year on May 31, we observe World No To***co Day—a moment to reflect on the impact of to***co, renew our commitment to a healthier world, and take meaningful steps toward a smoke-free future. It’s more than a reminder—it’s a call to action we can answer together.

In recent years, new smoking products—such as e-ci******es, heated to***co, and herbal ci******es—have become increasingly common. Trendy designs and eye-catching packaging may attract younger people, but these products often carry a higher risk of addiction that cannot be ignored.

At LEAP, we work closely with schools, using interactive and engaging approaches to help students understand the real impact of smoking and build the confidence needed to make healthier choices. Our programmes evolve with social trends, ensuring young people are prepared to navigate new challenges.

This year, let’s begin with awareness and take a collective step toward a smoke-free life:

由明日（4月30日）開始，香港將正式禁止喺公眾地方管有另類吸煙產品，包括電子煙、加熱煙同草本煙。

生活教育活動計劃（LEAP）一直透過互動有趣嘅教學方式推動校園控煙教育，讓學生深入了解吸煙及另類吸煙產品嘅禍害。配合新法例嘅實施，LEAP將繼續加強校園預防教育，同學校攜手，從根本守護學生健康，培養佢哋作出明智選擇嘅能力，遠離煙草，擁抱健康人生。

「哈樂利是」籌款活動已經完滿結束啦！是次活動共獲得 18 間學校熱心參與，合共籌得善款港幣 184,020 元，成績令人鼓舞。

The “Spare A Lai-See” Fundraising Campaign has successfully concluded! Eighteen schools participated wholeheartedly, raising an impressive HKD 184,020 in donations.

We were delighted to receive an overwhelming number of heartfelt and creative messages from students to Harold. Out of these, ten students were selected to receive the “Most Inspiring Message Award.” The sheer volume of fun and heartwarming messages was truly inspiring—we look forward to sharing more of them with you soon! 💛🦒

LEAP extends our heartfelt gratitude to all participating schools, teachers, and students for their tremendous support. All proceeds will be used exclusively to further develop LEAP’s healthy living and preventive education programmes, allowing us to provide even more relevant and sustained support to students in the future.
