生活教育活動計劃 Life Education Activity Programme (LEAP) 生活教育活動計劃 LEAP 創辦於1994年，深信每位孩子都值得擁有茁壯成長的機會。我們專注預防教育，透過流動教室「哈樂車」幫助孩子掌握面對人生挑戰所需的知識和技能，至今已惠及全港超過240萬名學生。

「生活教育活動計劃」（LEAP）是一個註冊慈善機構，於1994年在香港成立，以嶄新科技和活動教學的形式，為中、小學的學生提供一套國際認可的健康教育及預防藥物濫用課程，旨在讓學生明白到健康生活的重要及濫用藥物的危險。LEAP的主要服務對象為幼稚園至15歲的兒童及青少年，自成立至今已服務超過220萬名學生（包括特殊學校的學生）及84,000名家長，並實現了每年服務全港百分之二十五小學生的目標。LEAP的課程獲教育局、保安局禁毒處及衞生署控煙酒辦公室認可。

LEAP is a registered charitable organization established in Hong Kong in 1994. Using innovative technology and interactive teaching methods, LEAP provides internationally

recognized health education and drug abuse prevention programmes for kindergarten, primary, secondary and special educational need students. Our programmes are recognized by the Education Bureau, the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau, and the To***co and Alcohol Control Office of the Department of Health. The programme aims to help students understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle and dangers of drug abuse. LEAP primarily serves children and teenagers aged from kindergarten to 15 years old. Over the past years, LEAP has served over 2.2 million students (including students from special schools) and 84,000 parents, achieving the goal of reaching 25% of primary school students in Hong Kong each year.

For many adults in Hong Kong, just the mention of Harold the Giraffe and the LEAP Van brings back a wave of treasured childhood memories. While LEAP may not be a household name, the impact of our programmes has quietly shaped generations.

Since 1994, LEAP has empowered over 2.4 million students with vital health knowledge, life skills, and the confidence to make positive choices. What started as lessons on healthy living and making safe choices has grown to include Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), s*x education, and digital citizenship—ensuring LEAP stays relevant for every new generation.

Still, every year, 3 out of 4 primary school students in Hong Kong miss out on meeting Harold and experiencing the magic of the LEAP Van.

This Saturday is LEAP Flag Day! If you spot our volunteers in Kowloon, please consider buying a flag and supporting our cause. Your generosity helps give kids the precious chance to grow up with Harold.

對好多香港人嚟講，一提起長頸鹿哈樂同埋哈樂車，總會勾起滿滿嘅童年回憶。可能你未必記得 LEAP 呢個名，但你一定記得第一次踏入哈樂車嘅興奮、見到哈樂出場時嘅期待，仲有喺遊戲同互動活動中學習健康知識嘅歡樂時光。

自 1994 年以來，LEAP 已經陪伴超過 240 萬名學生 成長，透過預防教育幫助佢哋建立健康知識、重要生活技能，同埋作出正面選擇嘅信心。由最初教導健康生活習慣同拒絕高風險行為，到今日涵蓋社交情緒學習（SEL）、性教育同埋數碼公民教育，LEAP 一直與時並進，回應新世代孩子嘅成長需要。

雖然係咁，每一年每4個香港小學生入面，仍然有3個未有機會認識哈樂，亦未曾體驗過哈樂車帶來嘅學習樂趣。

You won't find him on the savannah or in the zoo. This unique giraffe journeys through space to visit his alien friends and shares health and wellness tips on the LEAP Van in schools. With sharp, observant eyes and boundless curiosity—just like you—he's our health & wellness coach: Harold!
