INWA NORDIC WALKING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026｜中國香港樂杖行總會 · 芬蘭拉赫蒂（Lahti）報到！

INWA NORDIC WALKING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 明天正式開幕！
中國香港樂杖行總會代表隊已順利抵達芬蘭拉赫蒂，準備迎接一連三天的世界級賽事。香港已連續三年派隊參與 INWA 舉辦的國際比賽，持續在國際舞台上累積經驗、建立連結。

今晚隊員們共聚晚餐，交流技術心得、分享學習體會，也討論如何在未來深化樂杖行（Nordic Walking）在香港的推廣與發展，彼此鼓勵、整裝待發。

今年香港隊共有 十名代表 出戰，分別參加 5km、10km 及 20km 賽事。其中 四名隊員 除了參賽外，亦會在不同賽項中擔任裁判工作，在這兩年一度的世界錦標賽中吸取寶貴的國際裁判與賽事管理經驗，為香港樂杖行的長遠發展奠定更扎實的基礎。

拉赫蒂的賽事氣氛正迅速升溫，預祝所有運動員在世界舞台上享受比賽、突破自我，留下難忘而精彩的體驗。

📣 *第13期輕鬆樂杖行訓練課程(Nordic Walking)*
現已接受報名

樂杖行(Nordic Walking)是來自芬蘭的健走運動，融合健身與康復功能的全身性運動，結合步行和專門設計的健行杖，透過INWA 10式步法鍛鍊上下肌肉，比一般步行燃燒更多卡路里。這項運動有助改善步態、減輕關節負擔，有助預防與改善多種慢性疾病，並能促進心理健康。

What's the most valuable thing you've learned as a Nordic Walking instructor?

A technique cue that changed your teaching? A conversation with another instructor? A new way of helping people succeed?

Great instructors never stop learning, and that's exactly what the INWA Convention 2026 is all about.

Across two days in Japan, instructors, trainers and Nordic Walking leaders from around the world will come together to share knowledge, challenge ideas and explore the latest developments in Nordic Walking education.

From practical workshops and movement science to behaviour change, physical literacy and healthy ageing, the Convention offers opportunities to learn from international experts and take fresh ideas back to your own community.

Because the more we learn, the more people we can help.

The INWA Convention 2026 is built around continued professional development through teaching, discussion, practical learning, and bringing together different skills and perspectives from across the international Nordic Walking community.

From experienced trainers to new instructors, everyone brings something valuable to the convention. We also welcome specialists from outside the Nordic Walking world, bringing fresh insight from health, movement, coaching, rehabilitation, science, and performance.

This is where ideas are shared, standards are strengthened, and instructors return home with fresh knowledge, new connections, and renewed confidence in their teaching.

We learn through movement, through experience, and through each other.
