Hong Kong Association For Protection of Consumers' Right Our Association is serving the general public on Voluntary Basis

Objective of the Association is to protect consumers' right regardless of their nationalities and countries of origin. The invited voluntary staff of the Association will mainly provide referral services for handling relevant complaints/mediation/litigation matter when necessary. The Association is supported by Various Retired Law Enforcement Officers from Different Law Enforcement Departments a

nd Various Legal experts from different legal sectors. Since our association is a NGO without Governement Funding, all complainants are advised to approach Consumer Council for their first opinion before approaching our Association for a second opinion with an aim to further more assistance as a supplement.
