每天每日，你身處的香港，丟掉三千五百公噸的廚餘。
每天每日，超市、食肆、街市把許多完好無缺的食物丟棄，而同時，有許多人三餐不得溫飽。
每天每日，一車車蔬菜、食物、廚餘從全港十八區的食肆、超市等地方運至即將飽滿的堆填區，浪費資源，影響生態，丟棄者不必付出任何代價，處理這些「垃圾」的費用卻由我們全港市民承擔。

你知道的，你聽過的：「冇衣食，下世會做乞衣。」
我們還要容許這件事情在眼皮底下發生嗎？
