Young Leaders' Congress 2012 (YLC2012) The Soar of TRADERN-- When TRADition collides with moDERN Young Leaders’ Congress (YLC), as one of our flagship events, is organized since 2002.

The programme allows Secondary 4 to 7 students to express and share their distinctive viewpoints with other students on a given social issue. Over the years, it has gained tremendous support and positive response from the educational sector. Entitled “The Soar of TRADERN – When TRADitional collides with MoDERN”, YLC 2012 put much emphasis on the dilemma of whether focusing on development or preser

vation or can we try to strike a balance between them. This year, our progamme will comprise an opening ceremony, 3 pre-congress workshops and a 4-day-3-night congress camp.
