Sea Star helps children born with congenital heart disease from underserved communities in Mainland China by getting them the medical treatment they need. Headquartered in Hong Kong, we help to raise funds that are used nearly exclusively for the children's' reconstructive heart surgeries. Our larger goals are twofold: 1) help close the gap between access to quality healthcare in China and those w

ho are most in need, and 2) provide those interested in serving disadvantaged families a highly effective and transparent channel to do so.
