Inaugurated in May 2007, the HFTP PolyU Student Chapter is the first in Asia and the second outside North America. The Chapter provides a platform for members to build network with their peers and industry practitioners in the hospitality finance and technology sectors. The Chapter also helps members to gain a better understanding of accounting, financial management, information processing and tec

hnology management in the hospitality industry. In November 2012, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University was designated by HFTP as its headquarters for the Asia-Pacific region. Situated in SHTM, the new headquarters was unveiled by Mr. Frank Wolfe, Chief Executive Officer of HFTP and Professor Kaye Chon, Dean and Chair Professor of SHTM.

– Curate content for Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat (posts, stories, updates).

Secretary & Treasurer
– Record meeting notes and profiles management
– Manage chapter finances: track budgets, reimbursements, and fundraising.
