At KELY, we work to prevent and reduce the harm associated with drug and alcohol abuse.

我們的項目
我們與學校及夥伴機構合作，為本地14-24歲的華語、少數族裔以及英語青年，提供三項核心服務項目﹕藥物及酒精意識、精神健康、正向青年發展。

藥物及酒精意識
我們致力預防及減低有關濫藥及酗酒之傷害。此項目旨在引領青年裝備一系列技能和知識，讓他們在面對酒精及藥物誘惑時，懂得作出明智、健康的選擇，從而於保護自己同時，為同儕給予正面支持。

精神健康
我們採取防範於未然之路向，專注協助青年了解個人情緒、應對壓力；讓他們不僅懂得自救，亦能互相幫助。若我們識別青年需要接受進一步的精神健康服務，我們亦有強大網絡，可推介其他合作機構為其提供一對一的深入輔導。

正向青年發展
我們為青年創造機會探索及提升他們的生活技能和創意表達，培育他們對未來的抱負。此項目關注沒有機會接觸此類型技能建構項目的弱勢青年。

Our Programmes

We collaborate with schools a

nd other partners to offer programmes to Chinese- and English-speaking youth between the ages of 14 and 24 around our three core focus areas: Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Mental Health & Wellbeing, and Positive Youth Development. Our Drug and Alcohol Awareness programmes equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to avoid using drugs and alcohol, protect themselves and make healthy choices, and support their peers. Mental Health & Wellbeing
We take at preventative approach to our Mental Health & Wellbeing programmes and focus on helping young people to understand their own emotions, cope with stress, and know how to help themselves as well as their peers. In situations where we identify additional mental health needs, we work with a strong network of referral organisations that can provide in-depth one-on-one counseling. Positive Youth Development
Our Positive Youth Development programmes create opportunities for young people to explore and develop life skills and creative expressions, increasing their aspirations for the future. We focus specifically on disadvantaged youth, who typically don't have access to skills-building programmes of this nature.

大會早前喺港島香格里拉大酒店舉辦咗盛大嘅「2026 瑞士國慶慶祝晚宴」。KELY 好榮幸成為受惠機構👏🏻當晚嘅慈善抽獎合共籌得超過港幣 $120,000，收益將全數撥捐畀我哋，以大力推動 KELY 嘅青年賦權同精神健康項目🙇🏻‍♂️同時特別感謝啟勵榮譽主席 Andrew Jones 代表致辭，分享我哋支援青年嘅使命。

當晚另一大亮點，絕對係啟勵「成功在望！」計劃嘅同學仔，聯同雜耍導師富榮 Sir 一同登台大展身手🤹🏻‍♀️呢個舞台絕唔止係一場表演，更賦予年青人勇氣同自信，同時向嘉賓展現啟勵項目慨成果。睇住青年喺台上閃閃發亮、贏得全場掌聲，更加令我哋感受到工作嘅價值🥳

A massive thank you to The Swiss Association of Hong Kong and Swiss Chamber of Commerce in HK, supported by the Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong and Macau, for championing KELY and our youth💛

On 1 August, they hosted a spectacular Swiss National Day Celebration 2026 at the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. We are incredibly grateful that the evening's charity raffle raised over HK$120,000 in vital funds to power our youth empowerment and mental health programmes🙇🏻‍♂️A special shoutout to KELY’s Emeritus Chairman, Andrew Jones, for delivering an inspiring speech on our mission.

Another highlight was seeing our "Get Positive!" youth perform alongside Juggling Instructor, Fu Wing Sir🤹🏻‍♀️Beyond just a performance, this stage built our youth's confidence, showcased our impact, and created unforgettable memories. Seeing our youth shine so brightly on stage and receive such high praise reminded us why KELY's work is so vital🥳

我哋好榮幸能夠喺 2026 年 7 月 25 日參與港鐵於火炭鐵路大樓舉辦嘅「家庭同樂日」！當日，KELY 團隊同義工透過一連串充滿趣味同互動嘅小遊戲攤位，同各位小朋友及家長一齊認識同探索唔同嘅情緒 💛

現場嘅展位內容非常豐富：
🎯情緒投擲小遊戲：參加者「投走」最唔想要嘅負面情緒，同時與團隊交流分享 —— 當遇到唔同負面情緒嘅時候，可以點樣面對同解壓，將不快化為正面行動！
😆情緒對對碰：以輕鬆有趣嘅方式，幫助小朋友認識同命名各種心理感受！
📝心情留言板：大家自由畫出或寫低當日嘅心情，學習接納並勇敢表達自己！

We were thrilled to participate in the MTR Family Day held at Fo Tan Railway House on July 25! Our KELY team and volunteers had a fantastic time engaging with children and parents through fun and interactive game booths, exploring different emotions together 💛

Our booth featured a variety of activities:
🎯Emotion Toss: Participants "threw away" the negative emotions they wanted to let go of most, while chatting with our team about how to cope and de-stress when encountering different negative emotions, turning those challenging feelings into positive actions!
😆Emotion Match: A lighthearted and fun way to help children recognise and name different psychological feelings!
📝Today's Mood Board: Everyone was encouraged to freely draw or write down how they were feeling that day, learning to accept and bravely express themselves!

Expressing our emotions is the first step to understanding ourselves and building good mental health 🌱 We hope everyone left the event feeling empowered to embrace their feelings and equipped with healthy ways to express and cope with them!

最新數據顯示本港整體自殺數字雖然微跌，但19歲或以下嘅青年自殺個案，卻由 35 人急升至 47 人，創十年新高……🥹

當大環境看似改善緊，身邊嘅年青人卻默默承擔緊痛苦。調查更指出，有 62% 年青人遇到難關時，寧願向朋輩求助都不願搵大人！朋友，往往係第一道防線。但佢哋，真的準備好接住呢份求助未？🤔

According to the latest statistics, while Hong Kong’s overall su***de numbers dropped slightly, su***des among youth aged 19 and under rose sharply from 35 to 47, hitting a 10-year high…🥹

While the overall numbers seem to be improving, many of our youth are still silently enduring heavy burdens. Studies show that 62% of young people prefer turning to peers rather than adults when facing emotional distress! Friends are often the true first responders. But are they equipped to handle it? 🤔
