優才發展及交流中心是香港遊樂場協會轄下的服務單位。本中心致力推動『全人教育』，提供八大全人教育板塊，包括『語言文化、體驗拓展、體育文化、義工服務、藝術體驗、環境意識、情緒健康和逆境求存』，強調不單著重知識傳授和技能學習，更讓服務對象在身體、知識思維、創造性、價值操守等方面都得到正面發展。
