我們主要的服務對象是女性吸毒者，以「福音戒毒」治療模式協助她們戒除毒癮，並透過師友同行者計劃、試工計劃協助她們認識上帝，重建生命，改善家庭和人際關係，帶動社會人士關顧這群體的需要。除院舍服務外，巴拿巴也加強了社區及學校的禁毒教育工作。
