「東華三院陳婉珍第三齡義工中心暨膳深軒」深信第三齡人士為社會寶貴的資產，重點招募富人生及工作經驗並精力仍然旺盛的退休人士，透過組織及培訓，鼓勵第三齡義工發揮所長，共同策劃義工服務，協助有需要的地區長者及家庭，建立鄰里互助的關係。

《第三齡的定義：泛指已經從工作或家務崗位中退下來踏入人生另一階段，可以自由追求個人夢想的人士》
