零玖貳叁家(0923+)劇團成立於2011年。0923乃劇場人工作的時間；0923+(家)，代表劇場人付出比09至23還要多的時間，把舞台當成「家」，全情投入於各個崗位，享受製作過程中的每分每刻。在這個「家」，大家無分彼此，一起為自己喜歡的舞台付出；為觀眾帶來回憶；為後進帶來學習機會，實踐理想，換來快樂與滿足感。
