【第十三屆九龍城書節：讀食字肥】

飲食，早已不只是為滿足口腹之欲。除了所謂「醫食同源」，人間美味，更可療癒心靈。講飲講食在香港這個國際美食都會，既是日常，也是永不過時的話題。「讀食字肥」——今屆書節主題，深信物質次元與精神領域共存——食物滋養身體，也能充實精神。食物經消化之後，又如何走入文本？文本中的食物，保留了味道，還是創造了新的品味？

2021年，疫情未退，九龍城書節堅持無間斷推動閱讀文化，今屆書節仍以網上形式舉行。多位主講嘉賓，多角度分享不同讀物，如何「讀食字肥」，一起反思消耗、資源、失序、平行、存在和世界。
