本團相信藉著不同的藝術節計劃，提供一個愉快的藝術平台，讓他們繼續與社會連繫，建立「藝術社區」。曾服務對象包括藝術義工、長者、社區媽媽、讀寫障礙及家長、隱蔽青年、自閉症患者、懷智人士、戒毒人士及少數族裔等。
