Training and Consultancy Centre (TCC) is one of the service unit of Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, which aims to provide quality training, consultation and supportive programs to different professionals. In 2016, TCC provides a series of training workshops for teachers to support them in self-exploration, team-building and professional development. TCC also advocates for work-life balance for

teachers by providing P&P activities, which strike to improve teachers' well-being both psychologically and professionally. Training and Consultancy Centre (TCC)為香港家庭福利會的服務，旨在為不同專業人士提供培訓、咨詢和支援服務。

在2016年，TCC將繼續進行不同培訓工作坊，旨在支援老師在個人成長、團隊建立和專業發展等多方面的需要。此外，TCC亦十分注意老師的身心健康，故設計了一系列P&P課程及活動，以促進老師身心和專業的平衡發展。
