本中心位於元朗朗屏邨，自1988年起為元朗區服務，並於2000年轉型為青少年綜合服務中心，2002年起更獲社署增撥資源，成為全港18間具備深宵外展隊的綜合服務中心之一。中心的專業社會工作員及支援團隊，透過靈活及綜合的介入手法，在不同的工作環境、如家庭、學校、街頭，為青少年提供服務，以協助他們建立自我、貢獻社群。
