Naya Craft, Hong Kong (2026)

Furke thaili is Nepali traditional small pouch made of some spare cloths. Furke means “happiness”, referring to the colorful rags decorated on the two ends of the drawstrings. As a small pouch, Furke thaili carries “happiness”, “liveliness” and “renewal”. Based on these concepts, we collect different kinds of cloth materials in Hong Kong to make this small pouch and let the customers experience th

e happiness of DIY -- teaching them how to attach the furke to their pouch. ICONIC means InterCultural ON target Informed Change-makers, a project collaborated between ethnic minority and Chinese women in Hong Kong. It aims at creating intercultural handicrafts and adding vibrancy to Hong Kong’s multicultural landscape. This project is sponsored by the Multiculturalism in Action Project, CUHK. 尼泊爾福袋「福袋」（Furke thaili)是尼泊爾的一種傳統手袋，一般由碎布料縫製而成。在這種手袋口的拉繩兩頭，裝飾著五顏六色的彩旗，「福袋」的取義由此而來（Furke的意思是「幸福」）。「福袋」雖小，卻承載著「幸福」、「生機」和「更新」的意義。我们在香港製作的尼泊爾福袋，使用的布料均從本地收集而來，匯集的是香港的福氣。此外，我們也願意與大家分享DIY製作中的快樂，特別是如何將小彩旗縫製到福袋上。

ICONIC的的意思是跨文化的革新者，也是一個旨在推動香港本地少數族裔與華人女性合作的社區項目。通過共同製作跨文化的手工製品，我們希望為香港的多元文化圖景增添幾抹亮色！

Scam Pattern:
1️⃣Accuse victims of money laundering via WhatsApp.
2️⃣Transfer calls to fake consulate staff demanding "guarantee money".
3️⃣Disappear after payment.

Immediate Action💡:
✅ Verify suspicious calls via Nepalese Consulate Hotline: (852) 2369 7813.
🚫 Never share banking passwords or transfer funds to strangers.
