慧進會

慧進會 腦部受損及中風病人自助組織

香港許多腦部受損者，雖然經過長期悉心的康復治療，病友及其家人仍要面對因腦部功能受影響下之種種生活難題，範圍包括活動能力、情緒處理及智力運用等，亦構成病友與家人間相處出現沉重壓力及負擔。

因此，於一九九三年底，由病友、家人及義工發起成立之病人自助組織──慧進會，希望以自助互助之方法，協助病人從同路人經驗中，獲取所需要的知識、技術、情緒上的宣洩、支持，與及讓他們擴闊社交圈子。
