立昇慈善教育基金會 245 立昇慈善教育基金會成立於2000年，多年來一直致力於教育服務，近年也積極推廣環保教育。本會有多年籌辦區本計劃經驗，以一系列課後教育課程，將本會的教育理念 VIA ASK 推廣給學生。

立昇現時正推行多項計劃，包括：
薪火相傳計劃：功課輔導課程導師訓練
潛能啟動計劃：青少年就業輔導及家長重投就業的實習工作
資優教育發展：培訓各種類的課程導師
區內學校課後支援工作計劃
與 E5 Campus 合作：推廣環保意識的教育活動
學童經濟支援獎學金計劃
山區小學建校、圖書館建設及高中學生助學計劃
香港中小學生體驗山區學習交流
