我們成立於2013年9月，並已獲審批成為稅務豁免(S88)慈善機構。本會成立目的是為香港缺乏支援三無的基層家庭提供合適的學習環境及更多的學習機會，加強教育方面的基礎。本會亦希望鼓勵受惠兒童及青少年於長大後延續這份互助精神，能夠加入我們的義工隊，貫徹本會的理念：「家庭幫助家庭，小孩幫助小孩」。
