香港賽馬會災難防護應變教研中心（教研中心/ DPRI）獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金慷慨捐贈，於2014年在香港醫學專科學院帶領下成立。教研中心透過推行專業培訓課程、研究項目、社區教育活動、及政策交流等多元化活動，與社會不同界別的人士、救援人員、學術界及社區伙伴合作，提高相關業界及社區的防災意識及反應。
