本會自1994年開始率先發展不同形式的社會企業，為精神病康復者提供實地培訓及就業機會。現時，本會屬下共有18項社會企業，零售業務包括：新生農社、新生糕美（石排灣）、新生禮品廊、新生便利店及紅白藍330；餐飲業務包括：新生餐廳、新生糕美（九龍塘）、甜蜜蜜新生咖啡店、Café 330及新生外賣到會；其他還有新生農場生態旅遊、清潔服務、物業管理及產品直銷。
